Contact Grant Kinnaird (0208 5421 669) to book at least 2 weeks prior. May 24 - 26: Association of Dunkirk Little Ships cruise, Chatham. Friday - Sunday, June 6 - 8: Beale Park Classic Boat Show, Reading. The Club will have a stand and be exhibiting Club boats. Saturday, Sunday June, date to be announced: Up-river trip. Saturday June 21: Visit to William Roses’s collection of classic Thames boats at Shiplake (2.00 for 2.30 pm, party limited to 20, contact John Llewellyn 0208 997 1936) Saturday, July 12: Henley Festival. Monday - Friday, July 14-18: Royal Swan Upping (if you would like to help with towing the upping skiffs, please contact Peter Skerritt) Friday - Monday, August 1-4: 19th Classic Motorboat Rally on Windermere, for boats that can observe the 10mph speed limit. Saturday - Sunday, August 2-3: TVBC Summer Rally at Boveney Lock. Saturday - Monday, August 23-25: TVBC Bank Holiday weekend at Cookham Lock Island. Saturday - Monday, August 23-25: Inland Waterways Association National Festival and Boat Show, Atherly Junction, Wolverhampton. Saturday, September 13: Great River Race, starts at Ham, Richmond. September 12 -21: Southampton Boat Show. Saturday October 4: Festival of Models, Kew Bridge Steam Museum. Thursday, October 9: Laying Up Evening with Chinese Supper, 7.30 pm for 8.00, venue to be arranged. Saturday, November 8: Bonfire Night party at Shepperton.
